If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return any product within 3 business days of your delivery date for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost of $6.95.

If you were unable to return your order within the first 3 business days, don’t worry!  We offer returns for store credit within 30 days from your order date and as an added bonus to you, if your order exceeds $100 in value we’ll cover the $6.95 shipping cost!

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • At this time we do not offer exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

If Items are damaged, tags removed or any other defects, your refund will be denied and clothing will be returned to you.

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it.  You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds and in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable.  Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
